Frogger: An 80s Classic

In our Anomaly podcast episode on classic games, among other favorites, Angela talked about “Frogger”.

Frogger is a game from 1981 that was produced by Konami and licensed by Sega-Gremlin. The game was ported to all the major home computers and consoles of the time. Frogger is a classic video game, regarded for its unique gameplay and theme music.

The player’s goal is to guide their frog across a busy road and traverse a river full of dangers. The game was viewed over head and controlled with a joystick. Players pushes the stick forward, backward, left or right—directing the frog and causing it to hop in the direction it is guided in. (Source: Wikipedia)
