Anomaly

Anomaly is a award winning monthly talk show that is often featured in the “What’s Hot” section under TV and Film in the iTunes Store. Anomaly is primarily audio show, but does occasionally release video specials. Its episodes are centered on celebrity interviews, science, science fiction and fantasy literature, movies, television, comics, video games as well as costuming, renaissance festivals, conventions, musical theatre; etc. The co-hosts (and Anomaly founders), Angela and Jen, have two goals for every episode; to have fun and to offer a feminine perspective on all things geek. Angela and Jen recorded the first episode of Anomaly in 2006 and have no plans of stopping. Thanks to the addition of the Anomaly staff, the blog and mini show: “Anomaly Supplemental“, now offer subscribers extra content, additional perspectives and a greater number of show topics.

The Anomaly theme music was written and performed by The Illuminati, a punk rock band that Angela’s husband played bass in. The band still meets from time to time and recorded unplugged versions for Angela and Jen to use on the show. Those tracks are featured in the gallery at the top left-hand side of the page.
